Durante la tarde de este sábado, en redes sociales comenzaron a circular una serie de videos donde vecinos de las comunas de Pudahuel, Lo Prado, Quinta Normal, Cerro Navia y Estación Central reportaban turbiedad en el suministro del agua potable de sus domicilios.
Ante esta situación, Aguas Andinas salió a aclarar lo ocurrido precisando -a través de un comunicado- que el problema se debió a “maniobras en la red que se han efectuado para mejorar los servicios de distribución de agua potable”, por lo que “se están ocasionando de manera puntual turbiedades en el agua potable en comunas de la zona norponiente de Santiago“.
“Ante esta situación, la compañía informa que el suministro quedará normalizado durante las próximas horas de esta tarde“, según consignó CNN Chile.
Clientes de Aguas Andinas reportan agua turbia
“El agua está de color café”. Así describió el agua potable, una oyente de Radio Bío Bío, quien informó de la turbiedad que se presenta en 5 comunas de Santiago.
Según quienes compartieron imágenes del tono oscuro del agua potable y de su apariencia turbia, habrían intentado comunicarse con la empresa, Aguas Andinas.
Sin embargo, no habrían obtenido ningún tipo de respuesta por parte de la compañía proveedora. “La comuna de Quinta Normal tiene el agua sucia y nadie nos dijo nada, ni siquiera tiraron un informativo como antes lo hacían”, dijo una de las clientas afectadas.
Una de las oyentes compartió un video que evidencia la coloración café en el agua que sale del lavaplatos. De igual modo, se aprecia el tono oscuro en un vaso transparente, a contra luz.
